At the heart of QCAIS is our President, Timothy G. Jarrell. With a career spanning over 43 years, Tim is one of the few active professionals in the North Carolina market with a longitudinal perspective on the insurance industry.
Starting his journey in the early 1980s, Tim has successfully steered clients through decades of federal healthcare reforms, economic shifts, and the implementation of the Affordable Care Act. Before leading QCAIS, Tim built his reputation as the founder of QuoteConcepts, Inc., where he pioneered the "no-cost" corporate enhancement strategy—helping businesses offer high-value supplemental benefits without increasing their fiscal burden. Today, he brings that same "detail and process-oriented" philosophy to every client at QCAIS.
